How do I find the production order on my product?

What happens if I place an order containing both in-stock and pre-order items, or multiple pre-order items that are in-stock on different dates?

If you place an order that includes items we currently don't have in-stock along with items that are available, we will hold the entire order until all items are in our warehouse and ready to ship. This approach ensures that we can ship all your item

What if I would prefer to have my in stock items shipped separately from my pre-order?

If you require an in-stock item sooner than the pre-ordered ones, we recommend placing a separate order for the available item. This way, we can ensure it's shipped out right away.

Can I cancel my order?
