What is your return policy?Updated a month ago

We want you to travel better with Pakt gear. If you're not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of receipt. Items should be in like-new condition with tags still attached. If you’re outside that window or have a used item, check out our resale platform, rePakt




U.S. Returns

Orders with Purchase Protection

Customers will have the option to add Purchase Protection to their order at the time of purchase. 

  • A pre-paid return shipping label will be generated when the return is initiated. 

  • The label is valid until the date provided when the return was initiated.

  • Returns must be in like-new condition with original tags attached.

  • If your item has been used or is missing components, your return may be denied and no refund issued.

  • The original shipping costs associated with the order will not be refunded.

Orders without Package Protection

  • You can still return your item using our return portal.

  • A return label fee (up to $15) will be deducted from your refund.

  • Returns must be in like-new condition with original tags attached.

  • If your item has been used or is missing components, your return may be denied and no refund issued.

  • The original shipping costs associated with the order will not be refunded.


Items marked as Final Sale on the product page cannot be returned.

International Returns

We’re unable to provide return shipping labels for international orders at this time, but you’re welcome to return unused items using your preferred carrier. Shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Items marked as Final Sale on the product page cannot be returned.

Exchanges

  • You can exchange items for a different size or color through our return portal.

  • Customers in the U.S. who did not select Purchase Protection will be responsible for the return shipping label. 

  • If the item you want is out of stock, you can return your item for a gift card and reorder when available.

  • International exchanges are not available at this time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return multiple orders in one package?

We ask that you keep the returning orders separate. Otherwise, you risk a delayed refund. 

Can I return or exchange if I purchase from a verified retailer?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if purchased from anyone other than www.paktbags.com. We encourage you to connect with the retailer to learn about their return and exchange policy.

Can I return a gift?

It depends! If you know the gift givers order number, the same return policy will apply. 


What if I received the wrong item?

Please contact our customer support team for assistance ([email protected]). Please include a photo of the item and bottom of the box that it was packaged in.
