OUR POLICY

Sorry to hear that you weren't completely satisfied with your recent purchase.  If you have a problem with your product, or need help fitting the product correctly, please reach out to us at [email protected], and we would be happy to help!

Any unused items purchased from our website may be returned within 30 days of receiving the item. Returns will be processed as received and refund should be issued within 1 week of Pakt receiving the item.

DOMESTIC RETURN SHIPPING (US & CA):
  • For domestic orders, we offer the convenience of a return label. Please note that a $15 deduction applies if you choose to use our label. However, if you prefer to use your own carrier, that's no problem at all! 
  • *Note: If upon inspection the item appears to have been used or is missing any components, we will deduct 20% from your refund for restocking/refurbishment.  
  • If you agree to the above terms, please start the return process here.


INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING:
  • For international orders, we unfortunately cannot generate a label at this time, but you are more than welcome to use your preferred shipping carrier. We appreciate your understanding.

All closeout items and pre-traveled gear are final sale:
All closeout items and rePakt pre-traveled gear are final sale. This means that once an item is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We want to ensure transparency in our policies and make sure you are aware of this before making a purchase.

No Exceptions:
To maintain fairness and consistency, we do not make exceptions to our closeout or rePakt items policy. Please carefully review your selections before completing your purchase.
