Any unused items purchased from our website, paktbags.com, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt. If you are outside of that window or have a used item, feel free to check out our resale platform rePakt. Returns will be processed as received and refund should be issued within 1 week of Pakt receiving the item.

DOMESTIC RETURN SHIPPING (US & CA):

• For domestic orders, we offer the convenience of a return label. Please note that a $15 deduction applies if you choose to use our label. However, if you prefer to use your own carrier, that's no problem at all. We ask that you provide a tracking number 

• *Note: If upon inspection the item appears to have been used or is missing any components, we will deduct 20% from your refund for restocking and/or refurbishment. Pakt reserves the right to reject a return for damaged items.

INTERNATIONAL RETURN SHIPPING:

• For international orders, we unfortunately cannot generate a label at this time, but you are more than welcome to use your preferred shipping carrier. We appreciate your understanding.

EXCHANGES

• If you would like to make an exchange, please start the process through our returns portal. You will have the option to select the same style and size bag but for a different color. If you’re not able to make the exchange for the new item you want, please return the item and select ‘Gift Card’ as your return payment option. You can use the gift card to purchase the style you would like to exchange for.

• At this time, we cannot offer exchanges to our international customers. Please reach out to [email protected] for questions or concerns.

All closeout items and rePakt pre-traveled gear are final sale. This means that once an item is purchased, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We want to ensure transparency in our policies and make sure you are aware of this before making a purchase.

To maintain fairness and consistency, we do not make exceptions to our closeout or rePakt items policy. Please carefully review your selections before completing your purchase.
