How do I find the production order on my product?Updated 3 months ago

1) Find the SKU on the bag using the below instructions:

• Pakt One 1.0: On the outside length-wise pocket, you will find the TSA pouch inside. Flip that up, and there will be a tag with "Patent Pending" underneath. On the other side, you will find your SKU. Starting with "BAG01"
• Travel Backpack 1.0: On the back panel where the hip belt sits, there is a zippered pocket. You will find the TSA pouch inside. Flip that up, and there will be a "Patent Pending" tag underneath. On the other side, you will find the SKU. Starting with "BAG02"
• Travel Mug: Flip the mug upside down, and the SKU will be on the bottom. Starts with "CFE"
• Coffee Kit: Flip the kettle upside down, and the SKU will be on the bottom. Starts with "CFE01"
• 15L Backpack: In the upper front pocket on the left side there is a "Pakt" tag on the mesh pocket. Flip over to find the SKU.
• 25L: In the main compartment on the left hand side of the zippered pocket in front of the tablet sleeve, there is a "Pakt" tag. Flip over to find the SKU.
• 5L Sling: Main compartment on the left side of the mesh pocket there is a "Pakt" tag. Flip over to find the SKU.
• 35L and 45L 2.0 Backpacks: In the upper front pocket on the left hand side there is a zippered mesh pocket with a "Pakt" tag. Flip it over to find the SKU.

2) The last number of the SKU, will be your production order. Example: BAG01-B-2 means it has a production order #2.
