The Pakt Points rewards program officially ended on March 31, 2026.
We’re grateful to everyone who participated over the years. Your support, referrals, and engagement helped shape the program and our community.
As shared in advance with program members, all points needed to be redeemed by March 31, 2026. After this date, points are no longer active.
What This Means
The Pakt Points program is no longer active
Points can no longer be earned or redeemed
Customer accounts no longer track points balances
Why the Program Ended
We made the decision to conclude the program so we can focus on new ways to connect with our customers and continue investing in product design and experience.
Frequently Asked Questions
I had points in my account that I planned to use. Can I still redeem them?
- No. Points needed to be redeemed by March 31, 2026. We’re not able to apply or recover unused points after the program ended.
Will you launch a new rewards or loyalty program?
- At this time, we do not have plans to relaunch a points-based program. We’re exploring other ways to engage with and support our community.
Will discounts or promotions replace the program?
- We continue to offer select ways to save, including bundles, closeout items, and rePakt (our resale platform). You can learn more in our “Do you offer discounts?” article.
