I was charged, but my order didn't go through, help!Updated a year ago

Nearly every card processor will pre-authorize funds for a transaction, and when the transaction does not complete, those pre-authorizations automatically fall off. Typically, this happens within the hour, but depending on your payment method, it may take up to 3 business days.  Please check with your bank, or credit card company to get a better idea of their timeframes.
