Orders placed between November 24th and December 31st, 2025, qualify for an extended 60-day return window to give you (and your gift recipients) more time.
Certain items remain final sale during this period and are not eligible for this extended return window. These products cannot be returned or exchanged:

Holiday Shipping & Processing
Our team works hard to get orders out quickly, but during the holiday rush, processing may take 2–3 business days.
2-Day Shipping Orders: Fulfilled on the same or next business day, depending on when your order was placed.
Standard shipping orders will ship as soon as possible within the holiday processing window.
Returns & Exchanges
If your items are eligible for return, the following returns and exchanges policy would apply. Items must be unused, like-new items with tags attached.
For orders placed during the holiday window, you’ll have 60 days to initiate a return. For all other orders, our standard 30-day return policy applies.

U.S. Returns
Orders with Purchase Protection
If you added Purchase Protection at checkout:
A pre-paid return label will be generated when you initiate the return.
The label remains valid until the date provided during the return process.
Items must be unused, in like-new condition, with original tags.
Used items or missing components may result in a denied return and no refund.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Orders without Purchase Protection
You can still return your item through our return portal:
A return label fee (up to $15) will be deducted from your refund.
Items must be unused, like-new, with original tags attached.

International Returns
We’re not able to provide international return labels at this time. You’re welcome to return unused items using your preferred carrier. Shipping costs are your responsibility.

Exchanges for a different size or color can be made through our return portal.
U.S. customers without Purchase Protection are responsible for the return label.
If the item you want is out of stock, you can return your item for a gift card and reorder later.
International exchanges are not available.

Can I return a gift?
It depends! If you know the gift giver’s order number, you’ll follow the same policy as any standard return.
