EU Withdrawals & TermsUpdated 6 minutes ago

Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from eligible purchases within fourteen (14) days of receiving their order, without providing a reason.

To exercise your Right of Withdrawal, please use our withdrawal form.

If you choose to withdraw from your purchase, you must return the goods to us without undue delay, no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your decision to withdraw.

Please note that, in accordance with Article 14(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU, customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided through our withdrawal portal, and the cost of the label will be deducted from your refund.

We will reimburse all payments received for the returned goods, including standard delivery charges where required by applicable law, within fourteen (14) days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the returned goods or you have supplied evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.

The Right of Withdrawal applies to most products purchased through our store. However, certain items are exempt under Article 16 of Directive 2011/83/EU, including personalized products, sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed, digital content supplied electronically after performance has begun with the consumer's consent, and other products excluded by applicable law.

If you have any questions regarding your withdrawal rights, please contact our customer support team.
