Why is the new travel backpack named “Aero?”Updated 21 days ago

Aero (aer·o /ˈerō/)

1. Short for aeronautical

2. Short for aerodynamic

3. Short for the Aero Travel Backpack

The Aero Travel Backpack is the first bag that we developed using the Aeroweave textile.

Aeroweave gets its name from laminating 750D Polyester yarn, laid in a “diamond grid” pattern, sandwiched between a 210D nylon ripstop face fabric and 65D polyester taffeta backing; and finished with a PFAS-free durable water-resistant coating.

This layering technique is inspired by the way sailcloth is made, using tough, lightweight, and weather-resistant materials designed to withstand extreme, even rogue, weather conditions.
