When will my tier status reset?Updated 3 months ago

Good news – Pakt Points has been created so that you can only upgrade tier levels. We design products to last a lifetime and wanted our program to be reflective of that. 

Participants are assigned a tier level when creating their account. For existing customers, your 2023 purchase history will be reflected when you sign up. While we do appreciate if you have been a Pakt supporter from the Indiegogo days, unfortunately we are not able to convert those purchases to points in this program. 

Moving forward, tier levels will be reflective of purchase spend starting in January 2024 and on.
