We aim to get you your gear as quickly as possible! 

Order Processing

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days. 

Our shipping facility is open Monday through Friday, 9am–5pm ET. Orders placed after 1pm ET, on weekends, or on holidays may begin processing the next business day.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.

Shipping Estimates

We offer two types of shipping timelines, depending on where your order is headed:

Shipping Within the Continental U.S. (Lower 48 States)

• Economy Shipping: 3–7 business days

• 2-Day Shipping: 2 business days

• We typically ship domestic orders with FedEx.

Note: Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. Territories tend to have slower delivery times as we ship with USPS Ground. These orders may take up to 45 business days to be received. APO, DPO, and FPO addresses can also have slower delivery times. 

Shipping Outside the U.S. (International Orders)

• International orders are shipped using an economy service and Delivery Duty Paid (DDP). 

• Estimated delivery times: 3-21 business days depending on your location. 

• International orders may be shipped using Passport or FedEx. 

  • What is Passport? This is a service that helps simplify international shipping. Passport partners with local carriers in your country to deliver your package safely and efficiently. Tracking updates will be provided through Passport as your order moves through customs and final delivery.
