Coverage for Bags and Travel Accessories
Warranty Duration:
Each of our travel bags come with a long-term warranty. Your satisfaction and the longevity of your Pakt product are our top priorities.
What is Covered: defects that can compromise the functionality and durability of the bag. The types of defects covered are as follows, but not limited to:
- Broken Zippers
- Detached Straps
- Frayed Seams
- Defective Buckles
- Torn Fabric
- Faulty Stitching
- Loose Hardware
What is Not Covered: typical signs of normal wear and tear that occur with regular use
- Spills and Stains
- Scratches and Scuffs
- Prematurely Worn-Out Padding
- Abrasion Marks or Slashes
- Fading Colors due to excessive UV exposure
Eligibility and Proof of Purchase
- Items purchased directly from paktbags.com or through authorized wholesale retailers are eligible for warranty.
- Items purchased second hand through rePakt or resale sites (e.g., eBay) are not covered by the warranty.
- “Brand Direct” listings on rePakt are eligible for warranty, excluding those with known defects or previous repairs which are specified in the Seller Notes.
- Proof of purchase or proof of gift is required for all warranty claims.

If you encounter any issues with the form, please email us at [email protected] for support with “Warranty Claim Support” as the subject line. Please include your name, order, description and a photo or two of the issue you're facing.
