Yes we do! We offer a lifetime warranty on all bags and accessories. We hope everything is perfect, but if you notice a problem, fill out this form, and someone from our team will be in touch soon with a resolution!

All bags and accessories:

We stand behind the quality of our bags for their entire lifetime. If you ever have any issues with your Pakt One or Backpack, we’ll take care of it. Period. This covers manufacturing defects, and excessive damage occurring during normal use. Normal wear and tear from everyday use is not covered. 

The Pakt Coffee Kit

We guarantee each and every Pakt Coffee Kit to be free of manufacturing defects, and we will repair or replace any component of the Pakt Coffee Kit that is deemed defective within the first year

**Please note that our warranty is not transferable. If you have purchased one of our products from a 3rd party and have a problem, please reach out as we are still happy to work with you by offering a discount on replacement parts if needed. All products purchased on RePakt are final sale and not covered under warranty.
